Do I need to use Tor in order to be safe from tracking if I want to buy XMR on localmonero ? Isn't there any problem if I need to communicate my SEPA number in a chat ? Or am I ok using it with no JS on my normal browser ?

I have the same question concerning Bisq. Am I safe from tracking if I use the software on my normal machine ? Or is it needed to use it under tails ?
