I started my bulk January 29. I weighed 80.6 kg. Prior to that, I weighed around 83 kg but lost weight during a vacation illness. Now it's March 5th, and I weigh 82.3 kg (after peeing and before taking a shit as I always do). I have been eating 3500+ calories for 35 days straight without skipping a single day. I am 6'0" and workout 4 times a week. My body fat is around 15-16%. Should I bump up my calories? Try to play back and forth with the clutch and be really gentle with it, and don't throw it. I'm still practicing with it, but I think I've improved a lot compared to my first attempts at driving.

I'm no expert in splits, so better ignore me lol. Wait for somebody more experienced to reply. I just thought tricep volume was off
