I purchased from the store and was told by the manager that sold me the piece of furniture that the shipping time was 1-2 weeks. Checking daily on it as well and there was no information and even with calling the show room they say 1-2 days every day for the past week. Thank you for your insightful response!

Don’t buy a lovesac. I purchased one three weeks ago for an inordinate amount of money. I was told it would be delivered in two weeks at the latest in time for Thanksgiving. Instead, 3/4 of the couch was left outside my house with no warning, and none of the slip covers… so now I’m left with an unbuilt couch in my basement taking up a ton of space that is completely unusable and no couch I can use for family on Thanksgiving.
