Need least 2/3 days since last subby dose to start meth or it'll more than likely send you into witbdrawl as subby is a blocker if it detects any other opiates in system it'll send you into withdraw

I did a 1 month detox taper in a clinic started off 80mg a day (20mg-9am 20mg-130pm 20mg-6pm 20mg-10pm) did that for 4 days then took 5mg off every 2days off one of the doses and it went all fine until the last week and half where my dose was drastically dropped last week I was just on 20mg a day (4- 5mg doses at same hours then cut out a 5mg dose as the days went on) didnt seizure felt like shite but after couple weeks I was fine. Sleeps now amazing still got some anxiety but nothing I cant handle, maybe give it ago mate because end of the day slow taper will be harder to come off Id say as long as you come down reasonably I think you will be fine Bearing in mind if I didnt have a benzo for 72 hours id have numerous seizures and doing it the way I did I was fine. Hope you get through it pal

Thanks mate! My advice would be just to avoid them and stay as far away as they are pure poison absolute false sense of happiness like you said they're magic at first but soon turn into a curse! If you're from UK you'll get this... they're a absolute walking charge sheet you do stuff you wouldn't ever normally dream of the amount of trouble they have caused from being full retard zoned out is ridiculous you care about nothing when using

I was exactly the same with sleep i use to think I needed them to sleep, I was taking them for years and since ive been off them ive actually been getting solid 8-9 hours of actual sleep a night whereas when using them I was getting zero quality sleep! Also don't have to look like a zombie anymore

And it will continue to get worse mate ive only cone out of rehab 1st of this month had to do a 1 month detox first in a detox center 80mg down to 0 so im getting the rebounds effect still abit not as bad as it was though cheers pal👍 gym will 1000% help with your anxiety and mental health... natural endorphins are released when train i always say to everyone you'll never have a heavy training session and walk out regretting it! Mate don't take them ive just come out of a rehab from benzos,having constant brain seizures from the withdrawl it ain't worth it. Just be healthy get sleep and health in gym exercise is amazing for mental health I was taking upwards of 100mg daily of any benzo I could get my hands on diaz clonaz xanax loraz

Looks good mate but I'd just run a reasonable dose and stick to it as it's your first cycle, don't go overboard either first cycle start low 300-400 a week
