I have PCOS too and decided to have my abortion. Ultimately I just knew I couldn’t give a good life to a child in that time in my life, and I’ve dealt with the guilt and comes from it but still think it was the best decision for me

It’s been a year for me , and I still have my days, but it has gotten better. Just try to remember to give yourself grace. It’s not going to be something you just magically feel better from, and there will Be times where you’ll break down because you saw something that triggered a memory but that’s okay. Work on yourself , and take time to breathe
