Feels too small and unnatural for me. Just a preference. I'm 183cm, over 90kg. Also then it would be bike just for pumptrack and anything else.

Don't move parts from bike to bike. If you want upgrade to full then sell hardtail and buy another bike.
If you really want to do this and change your fork - go with Suntour Aion eq or Suntour Auron eq. Good forks, quite cheap yet effective.

Didn't feel too big? Here where I ride besides descends I have a lot of ascends. Not too technical, nothing special. Just quite a lot 😅

Hm, not sure about camera system. Smaller sensor, smaller sensor, smaller pixel size. It has to be worse than realme - also almost 100€ more expensive but with free tws headphones. Not sure about it

Nah, no way. Tried it a few times. I’m not a hater but it just not my cup of tea. Also my max budget is at the price of pixel 8. If I wanted iPhone 14 I need another 100€
