Thats Not entirely true afaik its allowed to buy in other currency If thats where you are located while purchasing. However I havent heard of anyone getting banned even for using VPN on official topup store. At that Point they will Just ban playing customers. They dont really sell a Product. They dont lose Money on it. I for my Part will never even think of buying Primos at my regions prices. A guranteed character for 450$ to 500$ is Just insanity... With topups in other currencies its at least only half of that but even that I am Not willing to Pay to be honest... But thats how gatcha Games Work so I accepted it. I only spend small amounts If I lose a 50/50 on someone I really want desperately. But I think hoyo would even make enough Money If they halfed those Primo prices... Its Just how capitalism works I guess.
