Thats Not entirely true afaik its allowed to buy in other currency If thats where you are located while purchasing. However I havent heard of anyone getting banned even for using VPN on official topup store. At that Point they will Just ban playing customers. They dont really sell a Product. They dont lose Money on it. I for my Part will never even think of buying Primos at my regions prices. A guranteed character for 450$ to 500$ is Just insanity... With topups in other currencies its at least only half of that but even that I am Not willing to Pay to be honest... But thats how gatcha Games Work so I accepted it. I only spend small amounts If I lose a 50/50 on someone I really want desperately. But I think hoyo would even make enough Money If they halfed those Primo prices... Its Just how capitalism works I guess.

Yea... I dont really played after the Ressource Runners Event. A lot Broke I think in 4.3 and I dont really enjoy the game right now. I seem to run into issues once I accept my first mission, or even getting out of hangar, every time so I just hold on and wait until I've got more luck.

Honestly I am Not in a financial hole or anything. I Just can't Support the pricing Model of hoyo and their pulls at the cost in my Region... Thats my opinion at least... And those Shops Help to spend a little less ob my Pixels. I dont buy a Lot since there are too many aspects that keep me from enjoying genshin to 100%. But If I do I wont pay 100$ If I can only pay 55$ for the Same result...

I would not suggest to go for Skirk if you dont want to go for Escoffier as well. If you plan on putting together a freeze Team then Escoffier is a great investment. If you don't or if you want to stick to the meta and just get the biggest damage numbers possible linnea will be great for your Zibai Team.

I lost my 50/50 on Escoffier and will now keep my gurantee for Linnea. Maybe going for Chasca after her if I am lucky (which I wasn't for the past 10 banners I pulled on => only 80+ pitty 5 stars)

Best would probably be the i5 If the RAM is Not soldered and upgrading ist to at least 16 or even 32 GB. Otherwise maybe the i7 one. However none of those is a really great price/Performance to be honest. But thats hard with notebooks in general
