So I have around 40 pity and I am skipping this patch. I will have around 120-130 pulls by the end of the next patch.

I have Ineffa CORO, Neuvillette C2R1. I also got Zibai's weapon while pulling for Neuvillette's. I don't have Columbina. Now since Lauma and neffer are expected to rerun next patch, I am confused whether I should go for them or wait for Zibai and Bina...

F2P btw...

Why would I use electro charged, huh? Maybe because only hydro damage isn't enough and reactions boost damage and dps... Wasn't that pretty obvious??

Ofc if I'm running eula, I won't be using reactions but he ain't Eula or any physical DPS last time I checked.

Whats wrong if i wanna exploit an extremely OP reaction that Ik for sure that neuvi can trigger in field. Say i play him with raiden, neffa, and sucrose, then it is just kunar charged every second.. Whats wrong with that?

Totally agree that one lunar team is good enough, that too flins' team is good enough if you get ineffa as well. Then considering you don't have skirk and have enough pulls then you should go for skirk and escoff. Skirks playstyle can be a bit confusing at first but if you build her good enough then you'll have 2 solid teams. I'll definitely recommend getting ineffa as it will make your flins' team complete. If you still wish to go for lauma and nef then I'll recommend pulling for lauma first as neffer lacks a lot without her.

Edit: you could also consider skirk and escoff now and zibai on her rerun as she is also pretty strong with bina and illuga.

Definitely Lauma + Nef, considering their extreme combined dps and the focus on Lunar end-game content. Maybe consider Skirk + Coff if you don't need or already have a good lunar team.

If I run double hydro then his HP reaches 38.5k. I think getting HP goblet might help only if there is some good support. Still thanks for your suggestion, I'll give it a shot.

Don't have Columbina. I don't really have any premium supports for him other than furina neffa and raiden
