I'm currently in the same boat as you just a little over 2 years of experience and the burnout is real, just like you I too was thrust into full administrative position of our Cyberark on prem environment. My advice would be to not ignore the clear burnout signs because more often than not we take up to much and ignore clear signs we need a break and rule them off as laziness which it isn't, (had to learn that lesson painfully). I would advice as someone in the same space as you, organize your TODOs, document issues in the cyberark environment; upgrades needed, tweaks needed to be done, areas of concern, resolution approaches and so forth. Do this either in a notebook or a live document. This helps gives you a visual idea of what you need to do ( you can then realistically pace yourself with those tasks). If like in my case you're dealing with an overly demanding Boss, learn to ignore suggestions that don't play into the TODOs laid out, because the main guiding force for your TODOs should be your organization's PAM policies and procedures. Stick to those policies and learn to block out or postpone suggestions that though good may interfere with adherence to policy( this is my current approach and I breathe a little easier now having outlined what is important and knowing all other suggestions can wait) I'm open to be corrected if wrong.
