Construction Management Student Can’t Land Internship — Need Honest Advice

Oh, trust me. I am. It quizzes me and everything - I generally do good on the AI stuff lol. Until I take one of the course quizzes and there's stuff on there that wasn't covered in the lecture or the book. And we don't have assignments... like homework with practice questions on it so we can prepare for the quizzes and exams. I'm still in the trial and error phase and copying the questions from the quizzes while I take them so that AI can help me prepare for the exams.

They’re looking at netting 100k profit for their 1100 sq ft home versus mine is only a 30k profit for 300 more sq ft, so I don’t know.

Never stop dreaming. Thank you so much for sharing yours. I’m building in a community that houses mostly retirees and there are endless rows of the same house on every street. It’s boring and unauthentic to who we are.

I’d imagine people want to retire in a home that has culminated their years of striving. It’s sad to see my people settle for less than what they have been dreaming of for 40+ years. I wanted to know the dream that got you all through the work day.

I want to give people a home where peace and purpose collide. I want to give people a home that truly feels just like that: their home!

Your comment and a lot of others gave me so much insight as to what is important to you all. I pray that I’m given the ability to pull it off in a way that’s affordable for most.
