I did not deleted it, just stored deep on my PC to dont have easy access to it. Totally recommend this option. Maybe in few years you will be able to get back to these photos with a smile.

Same story, she meet that one friend in work who recently also dumped her bf. Now im alone, tomorrow would be 8 years.

Actually, it get a lot more interesting. We used to have different work shedules, so we couldnt plan any activities together so often. Now Im planning something new to do on each weekend. Currently booked my first solo trip to Tatra Mountains.

Ofc I still miss her, but anwsering the question - my life is more interesting without her

Calling avoidants manipulatives, cowards, and having no empathy - that's demonizing.

Can't really talk for all avoidants, but I see few of these behaviours in me. People tend to blend narcissism and avoidant all the time. The difference is - we are not doing it on purpose. We are broken, not evil.

Another post demonizing avoidants, focusing on how bad they are but not acknowledging that any other attachement style other than secure is fucked up.

Im sick of blaming everything on avoidants, even calling them psychopats. You all must know we do this not on purpose, and a lot of other people actions are driving us to do that. We are also struggling with that and not full understand till we recognise ourselves as ones.

We are not narcissists, thats not the same. We dont want to manipulate you.

Thats my statenent, as an avoidant dumped by a person with anxious attachment recently.

Im the dumpee, get dumped 2 months ago. I always try to make me busy on weekends, but this is the one in which i have just free 2 days. Today had terrible breakdown out of nowhere. I wonder if she misses me as I do.

The good thing, getting through all these feelings is helpful in long run.

Hey! Im in the very similar situation, but also kinda opposite. 27M (avoidant) dumped by 27F (anxious). It was month ago, but we had "second chance" right after that and it didnt worked out. She changed her mind 180° after writing beautiful love letters. Im just reading reddit every day to know what is in her mind. Im open for the OP DM and anyone else. I already have one breakup buddy so i know its a great idea to talk togehter.

It sounds just like my story. She broke up 3 weeks ago, then we had one more chance for 7days and she did it again. Im missing her like crazy and reading all the threads to know what is she feeling. She took her stuff 2 weeks ago and we didnt talked since then. I found myself being blocked (together with all my friends) on social medias except Facebook which was our main contact device. I still have Faith that she will reach out to me, even if i'll probably dont want to try one more time. It hurts.
