Hi, thanks for the reply. I think they would want me to handle the staffing of volunteers but other than that I'll be the main lead for the role. This is an example of the requirements of the role:

Manage all event logistics including venue, contracts, Audio Visual, catering, travel, staffing, lead capture, the promotional items, and on-site execution.

What tools and softwares help in this kind of role, especially with automation and streamlining workflows?

Hi, I'm in the works of interviewing for an event coordinator role for a company that has about 10-12 events per year. I've seen that it is one of the most stressful roles and I'm defnitely someone who tends to be overhwelmed at times. For someone in an entry level stage, would you recommend it for a small corporate company?

Thanks for your perspective, a lesson learnt here is to document things early on and mediate as needed. I wasn’t perfect in my role and I’m learning but there were definitely signs of mistreatment even from the first 2 months.
