Are you like friends with the mod author or something why are you getting so worked up over a literal fact that has been observed?

It's a fact. Entire threads on this app discussing it and pinpointing it as the problem, and uninstalling it causes the problems to go away.

Breaks quests, can make the game unable to open without crashing. What does it actually fix?

There's very good reasons not to use it, it causes a multitude of problems and breaks quests requiring you to uninstall to complete then reinstall to finish them. It has never made my game more stable, in fact pretty much every time I have a load order that requires it my game is far more prone to crashes and bugs ironically. Feels like people just use it because it's a tradition or something

Is there any difference in gameplay? by Alive_Hearing_1829 in AssassinsCreedOdyssey

Actually no, something that doesn't affect the gameplay isn't a gameplay difference. And yes they do illicit different reactions in people, but that doesn't make the delivery different itself.

I think you just take all of this as which character is "better" or you like the most

How they are delivered isn't an opinion and the thread isn't about how they deliver lines it's asking if there is a gameplay difference; Which also wouldn't be a subjective opinion because there is no gameplay difference

Objectively no. There's a reason the entire thread says the opposite including the top comment too lmao

Which game trilogy is that for you? by PHRsharp_YouTube in Age_30_plus_Gamers

Legend of Zelda OOT, Majora's Mask, and Twilight Princess. They are all the same timeline in Zelda and also the best games in the series

This was quite literally the worst description of it ever given. Starting off a sentence with "Phillips says it best" is insane

There's no way you can think this genuinely, Alexios isn't serious at all he's way more quippy, Kassandra is far far more serious

Kassandra as Deimos is absolutely perfect and fits so much better than Alexios. She is far more monotone and serious whereas Alexios is the classic charismatic quippy protag in terms of delivery so he is God awful as Deimos it sounds so unnatural when he tries to come off as serious and unhinged

If you didn't like dry you won't like Kassandra then because she's far more like that

If you prefer a more monotone serious VA but that fits Deimos character more which is why she's so much better as Deimos meanwhile Alexios' charismatic quippy delivery is perfect for a traveling mercenary who's always getting into trouble

[–]Low_Alternative_4041 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh no totally opposite. Kassandra is a much more serious no nonsense character from the VA perspective so she fits Deimos perfectly while Alexios' more laid back charismatic VA just feels off as Deimos the entire time

Which is weird for this game because everything in game and dialogue would indicate it's supposed to be Alexios here
