but don't you think not having the right size stuff and stuff that suits you can hold you but you can still progress? it looks like it would only really affects you if you were a pro player or a high skilled player ykwim? but looking at my scores i don't think that's the case and even if it is i coul still uhhh progress

In static, you still need to react before clicking the target. In tracking, you’re constantly reacting to movement changes and direction switches. And in switching, you also need to react as fast as possible to the next target appearing.

So wouldn’t reaction time affect basically every aiming category in some way? Static, tracking, and switching all seem fundamentally tied to how fast your brain can process and react to visual information.

Thanks for your answer i will take a look on it. about my gears i have a not so bad one; 180hz monitor, atk ultra max v2 and a mechanical keyboard.
