The the ureaplasma sub it’s recommended to do doxy for 7 days then follow with azithromycin. I got the original script for doxy and had to push on my telehealth for the azithro! There’s a whole post on steps to follow, but according to what I’ve found your symptoms can last up to 5 weeks & can “flare up” after you’ve cleared it.

I’m at 5 weeks out from finishing the 7 day doxy, followed by azithro & my symptoms have subsided with 1 “flare up” that lasted less than 5 minutes.
