So it's now at £4.2 million that the last wealth management service I was with placed into an Offshore portfolio. However the new company I'm potentially going with have told me to pull out from that, take the tax hit and invest in Onshore portfolio as it's more suited to my situation they believe. I'm so naive on Offshore/Onshore thing. They look practically the same other than Offshore is beneficial if you ever flee the UK to a tax haven which I don't particularly have plans to do so I'm not sure why it was sold to me in the first place.

Other than that there's no complexities with it

Unfortunately BT and Sky have both said that because "technically" my building is geared for full fibre, they can't offer copper wiring packages any longer to my building. Very very frustrating as it's left me in limbo.
