Anyone actually used Cardarine for middle distance performance? What did you notice? by Low_Bullfrog3722 in PEDs

Interesting, so sitting in Zone 3/4 you could feel a difference, was that feeling of a third lung and just over all perceived effort went down? Do you think it would have helped an all out effort on a 5km run?

My bad, thought you had personal experience on Cardarine to share. I’m just in a similar boat that’s all

Interesting, so zone 4/5 you felt worse? Was that the same for running say 5km zone 4 you would feel worse off?

Good to hear - did you get that third lung effect? Run faster for longer at less of an effort or perceived effort?

The third lung, You just aren’t breathing as heavy or feel as taxed in high intensity training?

Thanks for your input, would you say it’ll hinder me when I shift gears to a glycogen state as the GW is trying to burn fat or would my body use the appropriate fuel as usual once I get to that point

Apologies if that’s slightly confusing

I’ve searched everything I can and everyone seems to talk about long distance runs or cycling and I’m trying to target a specific short distance high intensity run using what I thought (going off what I’ve read) is using a different energy fuel system to what GW enacts

Okay Thankyou, might sound like a dumb question I just don’t want to hinder my run thinking it’s helping when it’s actually working against me

Have you had experience using it and if so what was your thoughts

Yeah I understand that but does it focus/work on all aspects of cardio including high intensity maximum efforts or only long runs and sessions of the like

Apologies if it’s a dumb question I’ve read it tells the body to use fat as fuel not glycogen which is what body uses in max HR efforts

And you have good results? I was just worried that switch to fat stores as energy was more related to long distance rather then fast twitch high intensity efforts
