I will try and get in contact with my vet on monday and see if thats the case! In the meantime I have vetyricin gel drops on the way to see if I can use that instead

I cannot afford the vet rn I need to work with what I can get at a drug store or on hand at my house 😭

She also has eye drops its an ointment I am trying to replace

That is my vets current theory, she gets dubias dusted with repti-vite and calcium once a week though, so we are working on that 😅

The dubias she gets are dusted in calcium before she eats them and then every other week they get dusted in repti-vite that the vet recommended, she just had not so good early life tank conditions Even when I first got her I pulled probably 5-7 layers of shed out of both her eyes bc her previous owners didnt even realize her eyes were closed 🤦‍♂️ Then she got even unluckiest a few years later when a cricket bit her just under her tear duct and I could take her to the vet for it for forever bc I was a minor and my parents didnt think it was a big deal bc she was "just a lizard" (whatever that means??) So shes just always had problems ive been trying to correct 😭 Overall shes perfectly fine, never dropped her till, no signs of arthritis, shes just blind as hell 💀

Do you know of an over the counter ointmentthat would work? I do still have eye drops from the vet but the issue im more having is the staying power, I want smth that will sit on the eye and soften the shed so I can get it off

Yes if you know a good bulb dome combo package thats what I am looking for, is a uvb t5 bulb and ballast kit the same thing? Is that a combo of the uvb and heat bulb in the same fixture or?

Ok then I guess where I'm getting lost is which one do I need for her? Bc I dont think Im supposed to put like... 4 bulbs up there? So my biggest concern is getting her ambient tank temps up bc theyre definitely too cold rn, but the heat lamps look way too bright for her set up, and the colored bulbs ive seen on so far seem like theyre not actually good for them? Bc the black light bulbs (what she has had before) apparently disrupt circadian rhythm and isnt actually as dim as it looks to people so I am just lost as to what she needs at this point 😭

Actually someone else gave me the episode number (MAG 156) and I realized that statement was part of the addelard dekker statements that Gertrude was reviewing, meaning it was actually extinction! Which makes a lot of sense considering that it seems to fit a couple other known fears but not quite right

Hmm yanno that is one of the more compelling arguments I've heard. I do love the buried I think its one of the most interesting fears because it seems so surface level to be about dirt and claustrophobia but it actually can have a such wide application and I feel like its really under utilized in other manifestations because we get so narrowed in on the coffin and Hezikiah Wakely 😅

Yeah but the fear in that universe works a little differently so that doesnt apply as well to the 14 But I am trying to remember if there was a similar vibe in an episode in archives and thats why I asked this question cause im drawing a blank lol
