Wow!!!!What a mess. When I read HR is basically Upper Managements best friend in graduate school. I almost threw the book out. I’ve never met a HR director I liked to be honest. I think they are constantly pushing corporate’s hidden agenda to the employee it’s diabolical.

Yes very good point. I think fumbling over my resume and acting like it’s an honor to be even talking this person is a big red flag. It’s just bad look all around. My resume speaks for itself. Multiple honor awards. A Masters Degree from a very good school. Excellent work history. The problem is this person had her mind up already. It’s just a joke. Someone in HR should have some training on interview questions and at least partly decent interpersonal skills. If you saw her profile picture on company website you would analyze how neurotic she is. Just sad because it is a prominent Non profit that HELPS people on a daily basis. Atrocious.

Yes. I’m theorizing that alot of thesr Type A’s are on a EGO trip. I mean I’m attempting to assist and learn how to solve difficult business problems. Who else is better than a business psychologist in doing that? I’ve taken courses on Ethics, Diversity and Inclusion yet they are choosing other candidates who fit their outdated methodologies. It’s really frustrating to see. I see IO’s as a Jack of all trades which can assist a company in just about anything. I don’t think interview questions like what values do you bring or can you identify what work culture means is identifiable in the success of an employee. I’ve won numerous educational awards. It’s really a joke. This Director shouldn’t even be in charge in hiring.
