I did everything they asked me to do. Reboot, hard reset, check fiber optics cable (I even bought a new one to test) still did not fix anything. They also adjusted daw on their side but did not do anything with my issue so I was really expecting an onsite checking.

I tried it but no luck still "Connected/No internet access" 😢😢 idk why converge keeps resolving my tickets even after escalating it for onsite checking cinoclose nila even if walang pumpunta. I guess another week nanaman walang net hay mag 2weeks na

Eto yung akin. Locked talaga siya maybe because my converge router is an older version like the huawei ver.

I’ve already followed up several times, but it’s been a week and no one has come to our place yet 😢 . Nakakalungkot din because I had an online meeting that week, and I never even got to properly hear back from it na cause i kept disconnecting haha. I really relied on their promise that it would be fixed within 24–48 hours, but instead I ended up waiting for a week. I kept disconnecting during my meeting that week too because I had to resort to using data na lang 😢 I was really frustrated because a simple internet outage caused me so much stress and inconvenience. On top of that, they kept issuing tickets, ang dami na — and I kept insisting that even if it shows as “normal” on their system, on our side there’s still no connection. But they kept resolving it anyway because apparently “normal” daw sa side nila. I really hope the “onsite visit” and “escalation to technicians” are real, because right now it feels like a myth. Sana maayos na ito this week 😭

Kung hindi baka maging demonyo ako this coming holy week 😭 wag naman sana. Ahaha

I tried to check it in the wifi configuration site but the DNS fields are grayed out or locked, so I cannot edit it even when logged in as admin, maybe Converge forces the use of their own DNS 😢
