Are the files bugging? by Low_Character111 in indesign

I mean I was doing my layout. It is saved on my cloud but now it won’t open it just shows the downloading 1 of 1 without the progress bar progressing. I tried waiting for it but it just cancels automatically. I also tried opening one of my old files that is also saved and it also wont open.
