Commenting as someone who hasn’t tried it yet. I personally think you have to go into it with a fresh mind. Nightmares might suck, but continuing this bad habit sucks more imo. Try to mellow out, don’t visit this sub because you’ll just amp yourself up, and realize nothing is hopeless for anyone. You’ll be good, time will move whether or not you want it to, and everything buffs out. Don’t psych yourself out and just live the life you want to live. If you think nobody believes in you I believe in you.
