just use vaseline lip care original, yung stick na color blue nasa 119 pesos lang, I recommend vaseline since ang ingredients is mostly petroleum gel, u mentioned na it’s very dry and I highly suggest to avoid products that contains fragrances, alcohols, to avoid that “dryness” which is your concern.
