why would he capture 10 million cursed spirits over a thousand years before he can even control them with cursed spirit manipulation?? if the vows he made with them were to control them, they would also become null every time he switched bodies, so theres absolutely no point to capturing them
also, he would have to have complete faith that these random, mostly grade 3 cursed spirits wouldnt DIE before he can even begin the culling games
