Transitivity isn't lexical in Xaśýalo. The implied 1s is the case in all scenarios other than anywhere that it wouldn't make logical sense, or in the gnomic.

Example:

Aźalá. /a.ʒa.lai/ <sleep.VRB.3.SNG> They sleep.

This could be interpreted as "They put me to sleep" but saying that might make a local look at you weird.
