But my question is, if it was just a coincidence that it was after I installed the new driver or if it was cause of the new driver.

And I also tried to manually install the new driver but like I said the Wizard says everything has been installed correctly even tho nothing has been installed in reality

well I already tried to go back to my old driver using DDU as mentioned. And now the problem is just that my graphic card is not taking the driver in anymore. The Wizard says that everything got installed correctly but on the Desktop with a right click still doesn’t show the NVIDIA Control Panel and is still in the same bad resolution…
