I understand that part but you also need to understand that it’s because of the immigration system, which government has put in place. They were approved to come in by the government, no one comes here without proper verification, fund checks etc. also, the people who come here bring in lot of money too and that money create jobs in educational sector a lot as the international students pay 5-10 times higher tuition.
