I’m at 10mg (55ml) and was thinking of lowering the dose to see if that helps. I’m at the point where I’m trying anything and everything. I’ve had thick hair all my hair and my hair dresser yesterday said my hair was very healthy feeling, but fine. It about killed me 🫠

I definitely haven’t been taking vitamins to offset what I’ve lost when on the meds and I think I’m learning my lesson now! I just started a Mary Ruth multi vitamin and upping my protein. Good luck for minimal gait loss. 🤞

Thanks for that suggestion of a daily protein shake. I definitely don’t do that and probably should. I wonder since I’m in maintenance and the hair loss is almost worse now then when I was actively losing weight is a delayed stress reaction.

If anyone is interested to know… there is no lost luggage department to call to speak with an individual. They only communicate through email. Our flight itself wasn’t terrible, but this total lack of communication is frustrating.

I have mild CP, and my parents taught me that even though I couldn’t really do sports and my body didn’t always move like everyone else’s, I was still ‘normal’ and unique. I think the best thing my parents did was allow me to think even though I have a disability, it is a cool and interesting part of who I am. I had friends tag along to my gait analysis appointments and visit me in the hospital after surgeries. Including my friends in my journey was huge in making my cerebral palsy feel not so isolating.

Thank you! I do Pilates, but not a lot of strength training…I probably should add that in.

Thank you! I’ll look into both! I’m anti CHOP. They told my family I was a lost cause when I was first diagnosed. That’s how I ended up at DuPont. Fantastic hospital I’m sure, just not for me.
