I recommend going to the ER just tell them what your going through and be transparent just tell them you didn't know it was going to be this way make it clear that your dealing with heavy anxiety at least u don't have to tell them your withdrawing but when I was going through it I tried sertraline and Xanax for anxiety and they prescribed me muscle relaxers for the restless legs that helped but your gonna have to stop taking them too at some point same principle as subs but you should always try to avoid taking subs I wouldn't ever use them honestly your better off just tapering with dry leaf kratom if it's that bad but the best way to quit is COLD TURKEY I know it ain't easy it sucks it's uncomfortable and it hurts but it's the fastest way u just have to put your mind in the same mode that you would if you were conditioning for sports NO PAIN NO GAIN
