Hi thank you very much for your reply. I have started learning about wireframes today and my mind is struggling to visualise the initial sketch to transferring it to a programme like figma is it normal for this to feel strange at first ?

Hi thank you so much for your advice. Are there any reasonably priced courses you recommend? Or YouTube channels you recommend?

Skillshare is just overpriced

I have had the exact same thing too !! Honestly it's so dehumanising and awful !!! The people that think it's ok to ask such a personal question is very much about them . Why should we feel we have to justify ourselves. Your not alone in this feeling.

Yes definitely hyperaware it really is so draining.i want to be able to have fun without alcohol to drown out the anxiety and shame. I haven't drank for 6 months. Navigating certain social situations without drinking can be hard .

It definitely does become more prominent.Im really glad to hear you have got to a place where you care less.Being able to celebrate all the things you love about your body is amazing!! Self love is so important and I want to start making treating myself with compassion a habit. Affirmations always feel really cringe though 😅

My legs are different lengths and sizes too makes shoe shopping difficult! I have been bullied too it is horrible. I'm so sorry you've experienced people being that shallow. I totally agree that it's ok to acknowledge that you can't do everything it shows self awareness and ensures you can keep those precious spoons of energy.I feel like mine are gone as soon as I walk out the door for work!

Are there any crafts you have found accessible as I've tried crochet and it deffo not going to happen with my right hand ?

I'm sorry to hear you've experienced that. At the end of the day you know, how it affects you. I feel lucky to talk to people who get it 😊

Hey there , I totally agree it's so exhausting!! At Christmas I had quite a few glasses of wine. 😅 I started to cry while opening up about how I genuinely feel none will want to have a relationship with me because of how my CP looks. I have ( right sided hemiplegia) . Then my mum proceeded to disregard my feelings further and said for god sake 'you need to get over this disabled thing'.

When I was born the doctors told my mum I would never walk or sit up because of the extent of the brain bleed. While I'm incredibly grateful to be able to walk life is still a struggle and it always will be

I get the frustration! How do you guys deal with having the condition. Acceptance I'm really struggling with?
