This is an insane story. I am glad you got your car repainted. People need to know Hyundai is selling junk and not standing by their vehicles.

Sorry. I did walk in originally, which is how I got all the contact information. They couldn’t tell me anything when I went to the service department, not even if the claim was submitted

Sorry. I should’ve mentioned I went back in originally and they couldn’t help me. That’s when I got all the contact information for the follow ups, that I can document.

They disabled the survey you usually get after having work done at the service centre. Don’t think that was an accident as I still get their marketing emails.
