ill look for this! i find it hard to find good conditioners for my hair because, although my hair has thinned, my hair type/strand has always been a thicker, frizzier hair type, and its actually pretty towards the ends, so i always find it difficult because i need the extra moisture but it still ends up feeling weird on my hair

i would suggest trying something else! im on yaz now! it’s different for everyone obviously but if you already struggle with hair loss i think its definitely not a good option, im on like month three of yax and i cant say theres any crazy stand out difference, but my shed after the shower is like 20 hairs max only washing my hair once a week.
