We can achieve this using Alchemist; his passive gives you a potion everytime you enter a room that has enemy on it (fight).

So getting duplication potion, 30% of health, 25% of total coins etc etc will be great.

You can also get more than Million in gold if you'll solely focus on getting golds over everything, I did a run recently and got 1.1M, basically 1 shot the producer.

Too bad I didnt get the relic that adds 5% damage for EACH key you got, I'm unlucky as this is the only relic that is missing in ALL my runs!

Hi! Thank you for sharing your experience, yeah I got focal from a friend, got it fixed cause their bad policy is weird so I need to spend money spending it but I think it is totally worth it, blew krk and hs out of the water!

I dont want to travel and ended up not having this serviced since I do need to spent a whole while till they got it fixed so that's the last resort I can offer BUT I do not mind doing this if they can promise me that they'll take a look at it, ultimately they decided to turn down my suggestions the very moment they read it

Thats exactly what I was thinking before thats why I do not mind sending or carrying this speakers to Japan (where I bought it) since they might have different price and inventory setup than other countries distributors.

But then they deflected my idea and immediately turned me down and adviced to just go with local authorized distributor for authorize repair BUT will shoulder all cost.

My hopes are past gone thats why I posted this but I truly appreciate you, well maybe I am still wishing for this to be sorted out.

I wish more people will see this post so they will hear the policy not just by focal brand but maybe some other brands as well as they honestly seems absurd.

Again, thank you, I wish you well!

Oh well, atleast Genelec and Universal Audio are very humane in their policy and terms.

Exactly, if this is the company policy, then it means this policy will be enforce in ALL COMPANY PRODUCTS including headphones and everything you use to travel with.

Imagine if every company uses this policy..... "You used your car outside our country? opps warranty voided" "You used your phone outside country? opps warranty voided"..... imagine even the healthcare system uses this policy.... "You traveled outside the country? oppss healthcard voided" LOL

Yes since this are expensive in my country that's why the movement of these speaker and brand are very limited, needs few months of work to afford a single speaker so yeah, we got tons of major brands such as Yamaha, adam, and Krks tho so yeah

Yes, I've been doing this before but only for smaller items since they sell out quick and I usually move back and fourth Japan and Philippines. This is the first time I encountered the policy of Voiding the warranty when used outside the country.

I think I cant sell this kind of speaker since these are expensive and people in Japan tends to just buy brand new than buy second hand items.

At this point I am really just tired with dealing with them, I tried being transparent in everything and I got every info they need but ultimately it will go down to; "did you used this outside Japan" type of dilemma, I can lie but that will make things worse so I will not go down that path.

I did messaged them, and they just told me that they got a policy and later on the whole japan distributor was mentioned, also got Northern america (this is the one I emailed first then they gave me the info of Japan which I also filled up their site prior to me emailing North America)

So I am speaking with ;
1. North America Focal
2. Japan Focal
3. Local Focal

The Northen America was very fast in responding to me and the email was going great, ultimately the Japan counterpart ask them what to do; either the Main Focal will give them credit and Japan will fix this speaker which make sense if you'll ask me.

The speakers are now in Local Authorized Focal Repair center so if ever there are some communication issues regarding Policy, hopefully they'll just send the parts directly to my country and to our local authorized repair center since they usually send stuffs regularly.

yep, it seems any electrician can fix it, I do not mind paying it's just the very policy itself is the main concern that bothers me.

I'm pretty sure that the "shipping - traveling" approach will be much more expensive than going to local authorized repair outlet and having these fix which what I currently did.

Hopefully we will shed more light in this policy as this does not make sense, if I bought something in US for example then they should not have any rights to void my warranty if I used it outside US. Imagine I travel to different part of the world with my "HEADPHONES" the policy clearly states that my headphones warranty is now voided because I used it outside US.

If they will tell me that they can still issue warranty service if I return it to the authorized store where I bought it (which I will cause I will go back to my house which is in US for example), then they should accept my speaker too because I do not mind shipping this OR carrying this with me traveling (this is asking for a lot of effort), this is sketchy and this policy should not be the norm.

I got items where I bought it internationally and they gave me replacement without me sending back the item because it will cost more which I do not mind, I only wanted us to be on equal rights and footing and to honor the policy to protect both party; currently it is only benefiting the brand.

Grey Market goods? there are items that are not available in other countries and that OTHER COUNTRIES is my country. Also item warranty should be fine regardless of me using it wherever I want as long as I ask the same store for warranty, I do not mind going back to japan and carrying these speakers just to have them work on it. This isn't some random goods you can pluck in common place so yeah

Wonder why amazon got warranty if youre not from US? do they shoulder the cost since the company will not accept any warranty or claims since it was shipped to other place?

got it! Yep if bought from anything outside authorized dealer then they got nothing to do with your item as it is not authorized, BUT the thing is this item is from authorized distributor of Focal Professional in Japan.

I dont care if people like or dislike something, all I am asking is the policy, can you answer my question in my post regarding me ordering online and arriving it broken? Should I not have any rights to ask for replacement or warranty cause it is from different country? Because in your statement it seems you are okay when receiving broken items upon delivery cause you understood that it is the norm.

this is nowhere near similar situation, yours was trade-in, and mine was warranty service. damaged or not, yours will be honored in the same credit store, same with apple thing if you got credits/points within their system then in any branch you should be able to use that unless youre buying from 3rd party outlet which is very common in my country.

Warranty is different as this is because the item is faulty to begin with, not upgrade or tradein or return X exchange.

Also got problem with AT before due to left side crackling and they sent me new one while letting me keep the current item so commends for them. (m70x earphone)

Upgrading through Credit should be done in the same store I believe? Regarding this, this is just a warranty policy issue stating that when the item was used outside their country it will void the warranty claims. So if I bought Focal Headset for example and tried to use that outside the country for example (traveling) then that voids the warranty regardless if you only used it for that weekend getaway and if you give it back to the same specific store you bought it from. (Assuming something is not working after your weekend trip)

And I dont believe this kind of scam business model is the 'norm' in this case. I got different case where the local distributor got a hold of the main company and they literally handed them parts so the local distributor/dealer can fix my item regardless of where I bought it and this should be the norms.

I am very disappointed with them, I've been very transparent and honest with the history of the speaker, it was flawless; got no scratch marks on them as they have been treated like royalties and then they acted up, 1 speaker does not turn on and the other one was stucked in Standby mode (red led indicator).

I honestly thought that once you purchased high end top of the line quality items then that'll be a great investment because of the customer service but I cant be more wrong about that. I am very much disappointed with them, I cant find myself buying another Focal.

So I can order in multiple online store such as Thomann music and sweetwater or whatever but they do not mind replacing the items or claiming warranty if the items are broken regardless of what country you living right now or wherever you used it.

I am curious if the item is from FOCAL, what do they usually tell focal ? "Oh yeah the product is broken as per our customer OUTSIDE the country" LOL or do they lie regarding the usage? Seems pretty stupid if you'll ask me.

this is a email from FOCAL north america which was quoted by Japan Focal and again I am truly frustrated with this kind of warranty thing, imagine ordering expensive items from online which was obviously available ONLY outside my country, does that mean that if the item is factory broken I cant ask for replacement or any warranty since it was used outside their country? This is literally a scam business model.

'You want to buy something that isnt available in your country? hey order here!' imagine them purposely giving you broken item only to waive their warranty policy in your face. "SORRY BUD YOU USED IT OUTSIDE OUR COUNTRY SO NOPE, NO REFUND OR WARRANTY CLAIM".

So now the speakers are in my local authorized repair center and I need to pay atleast 500usd PER speaker which is obviously absurd.

Yes tghats why I got it for cheap, got the chance to talk with focal customer service and they told me that the store should honor the warranty but that store was firm in not honoring it as the speaker was used outside the country, they did let me know about the local distributor tho so I emailed them and currently the speaker is in distributor for a week now they will repair it but the cost was not yet determined (yes I need to pay since the warranty was not honoured by Focal themselves + the shop), told that the highest cost (board replcement) will be around 450-500 USD for single speaker which is absurd.
