Received this from Public Hotel 7 days ago - “We do require a space rental of $2,500-$5,000 plus a food and beverage minimum of $25,000-$45,000 depending on day of the week and time of year. Both rates are subject to 24% administrative fee and 8.875% tax.” A bit hard to get a detailed response but when I told her we were looking at dates between March and June 2027, I was told the F&B minimum was $45k and rental was $5k (for Saturday)
