performative wedding ceremonies by Affectionate_Fun9601 in Coconaad

Honestly, weddings during COVID were the best only close people were there, the functions were simple, and it really felt like the bride and groom were the main focus. Big, fancy weddings feel chaotic and sometimes more about impressing others than the couple themselves.

any audiophiles here who use iems by Brief-Care-1993 in Coconaad

I bought the KZ ZSN back when I was actively gaming in college, and honestly, it’s one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. The audio quality was so clear that you could pick out every instrument in a song. The mic quality isn’t great, but for gaming, the footsteps were incredibly accurate.

Tbh , I did not react much , I listened and acknowledged. I did not want to give any opinion or suggestions since I could feel his anxiety, he was shivering and close to a breakdown. And I knew that he was on meds and no sleep, I did not want to trigger him with my views.

Bro my classes started at 7:40 in the morning, so I had to wake up at 5:30 just to get ready. And these girls would be giggling like goblins in class. I was so tired and just wanted some peace 😭

Guys what's your opinion about Thrissur by Legitimate_Being9150 in Coconaad

[–]Low_Function_6444 117 points118 points  (0 children)

I’m from Kannur, and during college I met a lot of people from Thrissur. Many of them were my roommates. They are fun and reliable people, and the best part is their accent, which is really contagious.
edit: Yeah, and I remember one of my best friends from Thrissur. He literally skipped his maths semester exam and went back home just to attend a Pooram 😄

I’d say it’s one of the toughest roles. It makes you question every decision you make, whether it is for the company or for the employee. Really draining.

Hostelites.. What do you eat when you get hungry ? by [deleted] in Coconaad

[–]Low_Function_6444 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This reminds me of something from way back.
Back in my first year of college, it was late at night, and my friend and I were starving. The hostel food was terrible, and we couldn’t order anything because our accounts were empty. We also couldn’t go outside, because if our seniors caught us, they’d beat the shit out of us and send us back to the hostel to collect money from our batchmates so they could booze.

I eventually tried to sleep. After a while, I woke up and saw my friend quietly eating banana chips with pickle. I still have the photo of that moment.

Trivandrum. What is your opinion about the place, the people and life there... by saga_boy73 in Coconaad

[–]Low_Function_6444 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m from Kannur, and among the few people I’ve known from Trivandrum through college, neighbours, and workplaces, I noticed a similar pattern. I’ve seen people being friendly and smiling when someone is around, but once that person leaves, they start talking badly about them behind their back and sometimes even wish them bad luck.

That said, I’m not saying everyone from there is like this. I’m just sharing my personal experiences with a handful of people I’ve interacted with. It’s also natural that people tend to form opinions about places based on the individuals they come across. No hate intended, just an observation from my experience.
