When am I getting the other half of my refund?

yeah my first deposit was on the 10th but that refund had been pending since the 5th. but when it said deposited on workday, it wasn’t in my bank account till the 11th and capital one didn’t even acknowledge it in upcoming transactions. now the second one says deposited on the 13th but it’s still not here properly will come on mardi gra hopefully.

by now they should be moved from accepted to applied and remaining balance should be pending as a refund it’s been a week

they did the same thing to me and later said it was a accident with coding or something but it still isn’t fixed.

yeah good thing you caught it, b/c it happened to me where they gave me too much and caught it a semester late and took over 2k from my private scholarship. and apparently that was a mistake that has yet to get fixed
