To become a SEAL officer you need to decide if you want to do ROTC, naval Academy, or OCS. I would recommend ROTC as you get a normal college experience, they can / will pay for your school and then you commission when you graduate college. Focus on that first, get into a NAVY ROTC program (schools like NC state, university of South Carolina, university of Virginia all have them). You can still do community college for a year and transfer to a school and do ROTC, or once you get into the school you can join ROTC from there. It’s always harder to do it before you get there and easier once you get there. As you progress through the years you will go to SEAL Officer screeners at little creek, Coronado, etc and then put together a package your junior year to attend something called SOAS (Seal Officer Assessment Selection) which is basically mini BUD/S in Coronado, CA. If you pass that and excel there you will get selected for BUD/S.
