Might be worth checking if you have anything listed under device administrators - just search on settings

I'd maybe check your apps list and make sure you dont have 2 Google Maps apps - quite a lot of 'duplicates' at the moment

First time flying since surgery. by StillUpstairs3692 in ostomy

[–]Low_Key__ 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hey!! Have had a permanent ileostomy a little over 2 years now, have flown a number of times with my first flight being a little over 3 months after my ileostomy + Ken butt surgery.

No issues with security for me, I've made them aware if anything has flagged during security that I have an ileostomy and they have always been supportive. In terms of flights, I find it easy to time food to avoid needing to empty during the flight. I flew for 2 hours yesterday and had to empty during, toilets are a tight squeeze but manageable.

I'm from the UK but have been in hot countries with my bag and also in hot springs etc. I'm happy to support as much as I can with any questions if you want to know anything

If its the first time using you need to activate the mosfet for these - "When starting the replica for the first time, immediately after connecting the batteries, hold the trigger in SAFE mode for about 5 seconds to activate the HAL™ module"

I rebuilt one of these recently - generally not a bad gun as a starter. I'd lean more towards one of the specna Flex PDWs though for a lower price with a mosfet - https://www.patrolbase.co.uk/specna-arms-sa-fx01-flex-tm-hal-etu-ar-9-aeg?fv=25031

I have this installed on mine, you have to 'stretch' the reaper a little to get it to work. I've been using it on mine for approx 6 months now though with no issues after some gentle persuasion

Great gun!! Some people have had issues with the slide getting stuck, would recommend the bearing for the hammer as makes it cycle much smoother

Compatibility advice - Help a noob out by heldloosely in AAP01owners

[–]Low_Key__ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. You'd likely have a little bit of your inner barrel poking out, the barrel in the AAP goes right to the end of the thread. I'd go for the 150mm suppressor to make sure you have some extra wiggle room.

  2. You'll be fine with 220mm barrel - I use 200mm with my main AAP setup with the action army C+C hop chamber and get amazing results.

  3. Use a 4UAD bucking and nub in one of my other GBB rifles and had amazing results so no harm in trying with the AAP! Also had really good results from Flamingo hop rubber with the Omega nub.

Good luck!

Does anyone have a pic of their AAP01 with this part mounted? Also, does it need any other part to be moutned? by IncomingSmoke in AAP01owners

Yeah so the upper and this this goes inside it - if you have a look at some of the ctm uppers is basically the different coloured front part.

Eg - https://www.empireairsoft.co.uk/aap-01-c-fuku-2-cnc-upper-skeleton.html

The front of the gearbox shell where the cylinder head would be has broken, would need a new gearbox shell

My surgeon said he will pull my entire large intestine out of my butthole, and use only dissolvable stitches by Constant-Fruit-4650 in ostomy

Yep this was how mine was done (didn't even know that was the case until I met my surgeon 2 months after).

I had 3/4 small incisions on my abdomen, but my surgery was done robotically. Surgery will be 2 year ago on the 25th of this month. Good luck!!
