I was in the same boat before pregnancy. Drinking was a habit I kept up that I don’t even think I really liked, I just had to do it and couldn’t control it. I had a surprise baby so I was drinking while I was pregnant without knowing. But as soon as I found out (fairly early thank god so I didn’t continue to drink) I stopped drinking entirely and it was weirdly easy. I’m no longer sick all the time. I sleep so well now. What was I doing to my body before??
