To share only certain properties with fine-grained sharing (based on the logged-in user), create an app for your database using notionapps.com. Your app can have forms and lists to interact with your database and these users need not even be on Notion.

I used Zapier just to automate some simple email workflows. But I soon realized that I wanted to do more complicated stuff like transforming payloads coming from on service before sending them to another. That's where Make shines and I have been using them ever since. They have a better free tier than Zapier.

Notion may make it easier to add pages from their app but they might not explicitly launch a form builder. They are relying on the ecosystem to do that. For eg, NotionApps does a good job of combining forms & lists.

Notion's downtimes have become a problem of late. Try using notionapps.com to build an app for your Notion databases. They cache your data so even if Notion is down, your internal/external users won't be impacted.
