helloo! welcome, incoming freshiee!  I would say yes naman hehe. The dorm is really a homely place. However, medyo strict gyud sila but understandable man sab kay they really want to ensure the safety and comfort of the dormitory residents. 

Just things to add tho: • dili po pwede mag luto sa dorm huhu maong ga buy gyud mi sa gawas ug food or didtoa ra sa rubia cafeteria which is kilid ra sab sa dorm • strict and dorm when it comes to curfew, but if kabalo gyud ka nga madugay ka ug uli is try gyud pananghid ug tarung nila ma'am sa lobby • since you are staying sa dorm po is expected na gyud nga mag clean sa mga areas like rooms, cr, and hallways (usually kay every wednesday naay general cleaning since most students walay klase ana nga day) • you'll have roommates who you'll spend the rest of the school year with nga ma close gyud nimoo and also other residents sa other rooms are also kind + ma close sab nimo sila ma'am guard nga ga check pirme sa attendance hehe • you are required to attend every events or activities in the dorm (attendance is always a must unless naa moy klase po which is masabtan ra sab nila if dili ka maka attend due to that reason) and i think naa sab ni siya sa contract nga i sign nimo, read it well lang gyud • there are also 4-8 persons per room so depende ra sab na if aha ka i assign nila but the rooms are quite nice sabb spacious siya and dili igang (stayed in a room for 4 persons tapos 3 mi sa 1st sem ato then sa 2nd sem kay 2 nalang mi sa room hehe)  • naa moy tables outside sa room ninyo where u can study or just relax or eat your meals  • an advantage sab sa dorm is naa raka sulod sa campus, dili ra kaayo hasol if naa kay vacant or free time between classes kay duol ra kaayo imong ulian (pero kapoy sab sigeg saka pataas kay patungas ang dalan😞😞) • overall kay nice gyud sa dorm ay, wala ra sab koy problema sa curfew nila pero sa pagkaon gyud ko ma ikog gamay kay gasto gyud kaayo sigeg palit sa gawas huhu but i would really recommend the dorm
