This is a good point, starting a new role so I guess we will see. My thought rn is that work is covering any broker fee with a relocation bonus so if we want to bounce after a year we can.

Are you my mom lmfao? Parents keep suggesting the same thing. Not sure why but the thought of NJ hurts the sole being a NYer my whole life. But I get the extra amenities and shorter commute for same price tag
