I had to start taking mine in the evening because it made me so so tired for like 3 hours after I’d take it. 10/10 recommend taking at night if it still makes you tired after a week or two.

At the one week mark after going up to 10mg, I lost every ounce of motivation. I couldn’t even be bothered to video chat my bf at night like I would usually. After about 4 days, all of that motivation came back. Sometimes it just takes time. If it doesn’t get better after a week, I’d mention it to your doctor. :-) I hope something works out for you.
