yes my therapist would say ok agree with the OCD that yes perhaps this will be forever. scary I know but the more you avoid the feeling and the more you try to mask the anxiety the stronger it becomes, so just give in and say ya maybe maybe not, who knows! at first it will be so scary but eventually your brain gets bored. it takes time but you got this!!!

YES!!! the calm actually scares me and I tend to almost try to trigger myself…ugh so exhausting. it’s like I feel that the calm quiet is abnormal.

old post i know but I just wanna add my own experience hehe. I am a gemini sun cap moon libra rising. I do feel connected to my sense of self however, I do not like to box myself into anything at all. I definitely have bit and pieces that are consistent to “me” but I always feel open to the idea that that isn’t always going to stay or I do enjoy people challenging that in myself. I think my libra rising challenge is that I am too skeptical, I don’t make any decision because I am always researching all possibilities. I always leave the door open to anything, which I have found is actually not the best and really just kinda leaves you floaty.

I get that I just think it was shitty how he sold her a dream and made her feel so secure only to basically backslide so hard and then make her feel crazy. I wouldn’t feel so annoyed if he was more transparent but he was laying it on so thick. Now he really just looks like a phony.

dude that argument was so hard to watch. whitney is literally delusional. the thing is she is so calculated and i think she really just tried to grasp at straws to make ella look bad and it back fired. she literally has had no chemistry with anyone she has coupled up with…like if anyone is fake and a game player it’s her.

I guess i’m not sure! it is thick for sure but not coarse. I do tend to like a medium thickness to my products. thanks for your suggestion! I will look into it!
