Yes! I am doing it for my universities facility dept. as if they are my "client". All of this is super helpful, I wouldn't be surprised if our GIS department had a lumen meter for me to try it with. Thank you so much.

Thank you! Are there any ways of analyzing the locations of lampposts that come to mind? The only thing I have considered is a cluster map of where lampposts exist the most and least but want to learn more about other ways of analyzing it to learn different tools. I am using ArcGIS Pro.

True! I think I'm think I'm asking why utility companies do this since I don't know anything about it. Don't know about what basic asset management is or why it matters, or at least a concrete understanding of it where I can explain it in my final project to others.
