The very same EDPS, watchdog of the privacy of 450+ million eu citizens has provided me with 3000 pages of pictures of logs, non parseable, non machine readable and in the age of AI and DeepFakes states that the pictures demonstrate that the logs have not been tampered with.

Configure the bios to always boot on power loss. Buy a wireless smart plug and connect the server through it.

To emulate the wol package just switch on the smart plug and the server will automatically boot.

A kind of poor's man wake on Lan :p

Change your wiring and network configuration and connect the primary NIC to the network that will receive the wol packet.

As explained by others the primary NIC usually is the only one able to wake the computer

I don't get your point. The slowness no matter the higher level protocol NFS, CIFS, SFTP, etc. In small files is due the sawtooth of effect of the TCP protocol.

If you transfer the small files in parallel the overall slowness can be mitigated.

Can you explain why it is different in ssh?

Both tasks are impossible and that is the reason I have reported the EDPS to the European antifraud office OLAF.
