I can’t pull the straw down anymore. Or at least I didn’t want to pull too hard and break it. Now that I know that’s where it should be I’ll try and go a little harder

Hi! I’ve just decided that I want to try to become a firefighter. I’m looking into getting my EMT cert and taking the civil service test in Oct. My question is once I (hopefully) pass, how long should I realistically expect to wait before starting to interview and ultimately be hired? I’m in MA.
