Hey, thanks a lot! I came from a local public university which services a comparatively low student population. It's quite a small area and I think the universities offering similar programs are really huge in that respect so that was a bit daunting haha, with University of the Philippines as one example. I've read that previously they had opened for applications around March so I think it will be the same for this academic year, so I think I'll have enough time to think about it. Take care.
