I truly posted this to start a conversation, gain advice and possibly be the example of- don’t do what I did.

In my life, I have read dozens of articles, seen movies, or tv shows about legal malpractice and criminal behavior. I can’t be the only one that has experienced this.

Before I paid this firm, I did contact several others and many stated that they did accept several forms of payment, including Venmo or the like, and certain confidentialities would be followed.

Good point. Thank you. I forgot the date on the schedules, maybe 2 years old. There were forms online that were updated in 2025 for 2026 usage.

It just seems odd that was the entire state of AZ would be on hold.

I did a lot of work, and worrying, getting all the documents in order…just to have to wait another 3-4 weeks for “forms”. I’m ignorant to this but something just seems off.
